The following automation workflow done on Relay.ai is designed to run through approximately 200 sources of information on a weekly basis to capture 2 types of content information: pop up markets and vendor calls that are created by market hosts and organizations to build FLIT's event calendar. The aggregation and consolidation used to take ~20hours a month and now takes 4hrs a month (1hr/week) to gather and upload to FLIT platform to deliver content to the Austin community in a timely and efficient manner.
This workflow is the bread and butter of the platform's value prop, gathering all the intel of opportunities to support local, which is valuable to both vendor users and small biz support users.

Before AI, there was limited capacity to have me, the Founder, take on this daunting task and deliver ONE content type  in a timely manner to the Austin community and I even considered hiring a virtual EA at part time ~$12/hr to take over this task, not anymore. Now, I can deliver two content types that are valuable to my Vendor users (paying customers) and Small Biz Supporters (loyal community) that will lead to improved engagement, increase foot traffic, acquire more paying users etc. I can continue focusing on building the vision of the platform, building relationships in the community and building the brand.
